30th Annual African Mission Appeal
We have learned a lot about Pope Francis’ humility, holiness and his fierce pastoral dedication to the poor. I believe our Holy Father’s spirituality and leadership fits perfectly with the theme chosen for our 30th Annual African Mission Appeal, “With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation.” (Isaiah 12:3)
Our diocesan apostolate in Kisii, Kenya, East Africa is very strong and vibrant. Our current missionary, Fr. David Morman, ministers on our behalf to our African sisters and brothers. This allows you to be the heart, hand and voice of God to the Catholic people of Kisii and the orphans we serve.
