Publications & Promotions This office is in charge of the editing the Dakota Catholic Action (DCA), the official newspaper of the Diocese of Bismarck. The paper is published monthly (except July). The editor also publishes the Kenya Connection, the quarterly newsletter for the African Mission in Kenya; the Clergy Communicator, a monthly publication to clergy and institutions throughout the diocese, as well as printing projects and publications for various diocesan offices.
