Vocations On behalf of the Bishop of Bismarck, the director of the Office of Vocations promotes, invites, screens and assists in the formation of men to be diocesan priests. The director works closely with the bishop, seminarians, seminaries and seminarian candidates to try to ensure that the men whom Jesus is calling to be diocesan priests for the Bismarck Diocese are properly discerning and properly formed so that God's people in the diocese will be served effectively. In addition, the director devotes time to promoting awareness among all Catholics that Jesus calls all people to a particular vocation which leads to holiness and happiness.
